Cascina Adelaide Fossati Barolo 2010  $129.95

 
This Barolo is produced from 5 different clones of Nebbiolo, and from a privately owned vineyard in La Morra. It has amazing aging potential. 95 Points Decanter. 95 Points Wine Spectator: “Vibrant, with well-integrated tannins, offering a lingering aftertaste of sweet fruit and spice, with an echo of licorice. Best from 2018 through 2033. 600 cases made.”
 
 

Rockford Basket Press Shiraz 2010 $129.95

This big, bold red is from an outstanding vintage from an iconic producer. Produced from old vines in the Barossa Valley, this is fruit-driven and will age very well in your cellar. 96 Points James Halliday.
 

Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2007 $199.95

 
 The Perrin family have cultivated their love of wine for several generations. The story begins in the early twentieth century with the Château de Beaucastel, fully focused on respect for the terroir and the soils, biodynamics as a philosophy of life, and a pursuit for precision, balance and elegance.  2007 was a superb vintage.  Jeb Dunnuck awarded it 97 points and wrote “sweet tannins, full-bodied richness and a singular character all define this magical Chateauneuf-du-Pape that will continue evolving for two decades.”
 

Valdicava Brunello 2015  $189.95

This is another amazing Sangiovese from Montalcino in Tuscany. Truly ageworthy. 96 Points Wine Spectator. 99 Points James Suckling: “Absolutely stunning aromas of nectarine, orange peel, sweet black cherry, plums and flowers. Licorice and mushroom It’s full body, with layers of ultra-fine tannins and hints of tangy acidity. Such beautiful length and beauty to this wine. It’s powerful and structured yet shows a gorgeous finesse and length. Truly wondrous. So long and refined. The texture is phenomenal.”
 

Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 $119.95

This is Chappellet’s flagship wine and benchmark Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (blended with 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec) with solid structure, concentration, layers of flavours, and big aging potential of 20 years or more. 93 Points Wine Advocate. 93 points James Suckling.
